Determining Project Risk Team

The problem will follow the timeline for a typical project, starting with contract negotiations and concluding with an exit interview to review final costs and schedule. Students will analyze each part of the project for risk to the contractor. During the course of the problem, students deliver periodic bits of information that build upon each other. Decisions made early in the process will effect the range of solutions and the level of difficulty of dealing with issues later in the process. Interested in joining the DPR team?
