In order to register your company in our databases, you MUST first submit your registration fees. Upon receipt of your payment, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail containing a user name and password for your company to register.

Registration Packages Minimum Donation Level for Career Fair Registration: $650
Career Fair Registration Package includes: -2 representatives from your company, preferably an engineer and a human resources representative ($50 per additional representative) -1 reserved parking space -1 6’ by 2.5’ table and 2 chairs -1 Spring 2009 resume book on a CD -Company description in program -Student-industry networking social after the career fair

Pauley Ballroom at the Martin Luther King, Junior Student Union is located at E3 on the following map: http://pt.berkeley.edu/sites/pt.berkeley.edu/files/content/PadMap20082.pdf Parking For directions to the UC Berkeley campus, please visit http://www.berkeley.edu/visitors/traveling.html There is only ONE reserved parking space for each company. Companies are asked to park at the Anna Head West Lot, located at E4 on the following map: http://pt.berkeley.edu/sites/pt.berkeley.edu/files/content/PadMap20082.pdf. Enter the parking lot via the Channing Way entrance, and provide the parking attendant with your company name and inform him or her that your representatives are here for the ASCE/ XE Career Fair. If needed, companies may unload their materials at the MLK Student Union Garage, located at E3 on the following map: http://pt.berkeley.edu/sites/pt.berkeley.edu/files/content/PadMap20082.pdf. Provide the parking with your company name and inform him or her that your company representatives will only be unloading. Your company is limited to 10 minutes to unload. Additional parking may be found on the street or in other parking garages. Upon check-in, your company representatives will receive an envelope containing an event program and directory, resume CD, and names tags and will be escorted to an assigned 6’ by 2.5’ table, which will have 2 chairs behind it.
Electrical outlets will be available to companies upon request prior to the career fair.

Shipping Materials Prior to shipping your materials, please contact Kimberly Leung at

Materials may be shipped between Monday, March 2 until Wednesday, March 11, 2009 to the following address: University of California, Berkeley ATTN: CAREER FAIR EXECUTIVE 209 Davis Hall Berkeley, CA 94120-1710 If your company chooses not to take your materials after the event, please repackage all your materials and place a pre-paid shipping label for either FedEx or UPS. Materials will be shipped back to your company by Friday, March 20, 2009. Reception After the career fair from 6-7 pm, there will be a reception with hors d’oeuvres. We encourage companies to attend the reception as it would be another opportunity for representatives to interact with students.
