Deadline to register: Friday, February 26, 2010 Registration is limited to the first 75 companies. Minimum Donation Level for Career Fair Registration: $550 In order to register your company, you must first submit your registration fees. Career Fair Registration Package includes: - 2 representatives from your company, preferably an engineer and a human resources representative ($50 per additional representative)
- 1 reserved parking space
- 1 6’ by 2.5’ table and 2 chairs
- 1 Spring 2010 resume book on a CD
- Company description in program
- Student-industry networking social after the career fair

Parking For directions to the UC Berkeley campus, please visit http://www.berkeley.edu/visitors/traveling.html. There is only one reserved parking space for each company. Parking permits will be distributed by a parking attendant at the parking lot. Additional parking may be found on the street or in other parking garages. For more information about parking in Berkeley, please visit http://www.berkeley.edu/visitors/parking.html. Further details regarding parking will be provided in the Spring. Company Check-In Company check-in will take place between 2-3 pm. Upon check-in, your company representatives will receive an envelope containing an event program and directory, resume CD, and names tags. They will be escorted to an assigned 6’ by 2.5’ table, which will have 2 chairs behind it. Electrical outlets will be available to companies upon request prior to the career fair. Shipping Materials Your company is welcomed to ship materials to us to hold until the day of the event but is required to pay for return shipping if you choose not to take your materials with you after the event. Prior to shipping your materials, please contact Madeline Ziser at . Further details regarding shipping materials will be provided in the Spring. Reception After the career fair, there will be a reception with hors d’oeuvres. We encourage companies to attend the reception as it would be another opportunity for representatives to interact with students.
