Venue:	502 Davis Hall for Company Presentations and 120 Bechtel Engineering Center for Career Fair
Agenda:	4-5 pm: Company Check-In and Set-up 5-5:30 pm: Company Presentations 5:30-7 pm: Career Fair 7-8 pm: Reception

Parking
For directions to the UC Berkeley campus, please visit http://www.berkeley.edu/visitors/traveling.html.

The company presentations will be taking place at Davis Hall, while the career fair will be taking place at Bechtel Engineering Center, both located at B5. Companies are asked to park in the Lower Hearst Parking Lot (Parking Structure A), located at A3 on the following map: http://www.berkeley.edu/map/maps/large_map.html. Please be sure to enter the parking structure via the Scenic Avenue entrance as students will be distributing parking permits here.

There is only one reserved parking space for each company. Parking permits will be distributed by students who will greet and assist you at the parking lot. Additional parking may be found on the street or in other parking garages. For more information about parking in Berkeley, please visit http://www.berkeley.edu/visitors/parking.html.

Company Check-In
Company check-in will take place between 4-5 pm.

Upon check-in, your company representatives will receive an event program and directory and names tags and will be escorted to an assigned 6’ by 2.5’ table, which will have 2 chairs behind it.

Electrical outlets will be available to companies upon request prior to the career fair.

Company Presentations
One company within each emphasis of civil engineering will be asked to represent their discipline with a short five minute presentation prior to the career fair. These presentations are to provide students with an exposure to the different fields of civil engineering and are not meant to be used as a means of publicizing your company.

Companies that have been selected as presenters will be notified in early November.

Shipping Materials
Your company is welcomed to ship materials to us to hold until the day of the event but is required to pay for return shipping if you choose not to take your materials with you after the event.

Reception
After the career fair, there will be a reception with hors d’oeuvres. We encourage companies to attend the reception as it would be another opportunity for representatives to interact with students.
