Meet at the bus stop by Evans in the Hearst Mining Circle at 2 PM, the bus leaves at 2:10 PM. Transportation and museum entrance are FREE with your Cal Student ID and Spring bus pass. | | |

CE 198 Decal Professional Aspects in Civil & Environmental Engineering  | Have you ever wanted to learn more about the business side of the CEE Indistury? Sign up for the CEE Decal and attend the seminars on Wednesdays, 6-7pm in 406 Davis, CCN 14128. The objective of this course is to introduce the students to professional aspects of CEE and to help students develop personal, communication, teambuilding, planning and leadership skills that are valued by the CEE industry. This course is also a part of the CEE Professional Development Certification Program The course will be led by seasoned lecturers from industry and government who will provide valuable presentations based on real life experiences that will help you jumpstart your career! | |

For all the Juniors and Seniors out there who have yet to take the EIT (Engineering in Training) exam, the deadline for registering for the Spring 2010 test, which will take place on April 17, 2010 (Saturday), is coming up very soon!
| You MUST to have your form and check postmarked by Friday, January 29th, 2010.

1st General Meeting Spring 2010 |

Our 1st general meeting of the semester is this Thursday, January 28th @ 5pm in 502 Davis! Come listen to our very own Professor Nazaroff discuss how climate change may effect California and what we as civil engineers can do about it, all while eating yummy food and hanging out with cool civil engineers. Find out more about how to get involved with the CEE community, including joining the outreach and career fair committees. We look forward to seeing you there! Free food for members, $2 for non-members.
We will also be tabling at Davis this week from Tuesday through Thursday, so be sure to sign up for or renew your Cal ASCE membership!

Wednesday Social | ASCE will be holding a Student Social this Wednesday, January 27th, at the 7th floor of Davis from 11:30am to 12:30pm. Come hang out with your fellow CEE majors and enjoy some free food between classes. We’ll be having ice cream this week!
